I was scrolling through my podcast feed, and I noticed that Mark Zuckerberg was getting interviewed by Gary Vaynerchuk? This should be interesting, because these are players that are actually making the future that most people just talk about.

You probably know Mark Zuckerberg as the creator of the Facebook app. His company Meta also owns Instagram and WhatsApp. He directly influences and controls much of the attention span of all humankind.

The one you might not be familiar with is Gary Vaynerchuk. He is a marketing guru and modern-day Madison Avenue advertising executive. For example, his marketing group was responsible for killing Mr Peanut during the Super Bowl. But his biggest skill has been to determine where customer attention is going and profit from it by getting there first.

Getting the two of them together for a discussion is novel…and telling.
